Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your Osprey Smart Home account and all associated data.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including device configurations, automations, and scenes will be permanently removed.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (email, name)
- All home and room configurations
- All device settings and pairings
- All automations and scenes
- Voice assistant connections (Alexa, Google Assistant)
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@ospreytech.io
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process your request within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
